Beth McArdle
Beth McArdle is a partner in the real-estate practice group, working mainly in the Birmingham office. She specialises in providing commercial real-estate advice to retail property occupiers and investors has experience in management and disposal of real-estate portfolios for substantial occupiers and investors, development, acquisition, leasing and has broad experience of landlord and tenant and portfolio management work.

McArdle’s experience covers the full range of investment and landlord and tenant commercial property transactions. Some of her most notable clients include American Golf, Crown Paints, Krispy Kreme, One Stop and Poundland.
She also specialises in Insolvency and M&A corporate support work.
Having trained and qualified while at Eversheds, McArdle joined Shoosmiths in 2005 and became a partner in 2012.
