Scottish property firm Bell & Scott has made Paul Jennings its new managing partner. Jennings will replace the present incumbent Iain MacDonald in November.

Jennings joined the firm in 1994 and was instrumental in developing the retail and leisure development and investment teams before heading the Glasgow office in 2006. MacDonald, who will continue to overseeBell & Scott's housebuilding team, said:
