Bedfordshire-based firm Park Woodfine and Northamptonshire firm Heald Mellows are merging to create Park Woodfine Heald Mellows. The new firm will make combined fees of £4.2m and will have its head office in Bedford. Park Woodfine, which will specialise in property and commercial law, has promoted associate Annamarie Petsis Jones to the 11-strong partnership. The firm's managing partner Rae Levene said: "The merger of Park Woodfine and Heald Mellows is a result of the professional drive and determination of the culture of both firms."
