Beazer Homes GC axed for ‘violations’

Beazer Homes, a US homebuilding giant, fired its executive vice-president and general counsel Kenneth Gary for “a pattern of personal conduct which includes violations of company policies”. The Atlanta-based company made the announcement in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Gary had been with the company since March 2005, when he joined from rival luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers, where he had been senior vice-president and general counsel for 15 years. The company was unavailable for comment.
