Beachcroft Wansbroughs has hired a corporate finance partner from Allen & Overy (A&O) in a bid to develop its AIM practice.
Nick Gibbon joins Beachcrofts next Monday (9 January) after nine years as a partner at A&O. He will work closely with AIM head Peter Jay to further grow the practice as well as carrying out general corporate finance work.
At the same time Beachcrofts has appointed John Williams as Bristol head of corporate. Williams joins the firm from First Great Western Trains where he was business development director, having previously worked at Slaughter and May and as a corporate recovery partner at Bliss Ventures.
The hires come just weeks after Beachcrofts hired Kendall Freeman reinsurance partner David Tiplady.
