Beachcroft is to review its graduate recruitment programme to bring it into line with the firms competency scheme.
The competency programme was launched in 2007 with the aim of aligning the firms development framework and to improve training standards on all levels.
Beachcroft is now planning to apply the framework to its graduate trainee development scheme to encourage career progression.
Trainee recruitment manager Carrie Daniels said the firm was also planning to tighten up its selection criteria to make it more specific to the firms particular needs.
We have not had a review of the graduate recruitment programme for five years, Daniels said. It is time for an update and redesign to bring us into line with the rest of the market.
Beachcroft is also considering investing in a new assessment centre with the possibility of using online pre-selection testing.
