Beachcroft dumps Wansboroughs for LLP switch

Beachcroft Wansbroughs is set to hire two external non-executive directors as it marks its conversion to LLP status with the formation of a new management board.

The firm converted to LLP status on Monday (1 May) and has also changed its name to Beachcroft.

The seven-partner management board will make strategy and management decisions and is to be led by managing partner Paul Murray and senior partner Simon Hodson.

Hodson said the new board would speed up the firm’s decision making-process and, along with the appointment of non-executive directors, would help Beachcroft become more transparent.
