Beachcroft Wansbroughs is bolstering financial services practice after snaring a specialist from the sector.
Mark Broadhead, formerly a compliance officer in insurance group Royal London, joins Beachcroft’s Manchester office as a partner. He will be responsible for developing the firm’s financial services practice in the region.
Broadhead has worked in the financial services sector for two decades. Whilst at Royal London one of his tasks was to prepare for the imminent regulation of mortgages and general insurance by the Financial Services Authority.
Additionally barrister Natasha Peacock is moving from several years in legal and compliance roles in-house in the financial services industry to become a legal and regulatory consultant in Beachcroft’s London office.
