Bradford & Bingley Estate Agents has announced its first panel of 13 law firms to take on bulk conveyancing work.
Shoosmiths & Harrison, Hammond Suddards, Addleshaw Booth & Co, Denton Hall and Eversheds are among firms selected.
Others on the panel are: Walker Morris and Blacks in Leeds, Bretherton Price Elgoods in Cheltenham, EDC Lord & Co in Hayes, Taylor Walton in St Albans, McKeag & Co in Newcastle and Goldsmith Williams in Liverpool.
Stephen Crawshaw, the Bradford & Bingley director who selected the panel, says: "We need the spread to deal with the volume of work. It's volume work, with low individual transaction values."
Crawshaw says the firms were selected because of their "attitude and preparation".
He says the firms are advising on Bradford & Bingley Estate Agents new conveyancing service, Home Connect.
