Barrister handed LCIA vice-presidency

The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) has appointed Essex Court Chambers barrister Johnny Veeder QC as vice-president.

•The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) has appointed Essex Court Chambers barrister Johnny Veeder QC as vice-president. He joins a team of five other vice-presidents under the presidency of Jan -Paulsson, head of public international law and arbitration at –Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. The LCIA has also made six more five-year appointments into its membership circle of 35. The six are Bahrain-based Hassan Radhi & Associates senior partner Hassan Ali Radhi, LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae senior counsel James Castello, English barrister Andrew Clarke QC of Littleton Chambers, Salans -partner Hamid Gharavi, Gilberto Guisti of Brazilian firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados and New York-based Yoon Suh & Kim partner Kevin Kim.
