Bär & Karrer advises China National Chemical Corporation on acquisition

The China National Chemical Corporation, one of China’s largest chemical companies, has signed an agreement to purchase the KraussMaffei Group, a German manufacturer of machines for plastic part production. The transaction still has to be approved by the competent authorities.
