Baker & McKenzie has hired finance lawyer Nick Tostivin from Linklaters into its partnership as the firm looks to rapidly expand its London banking and finance practice. Tostivin, a specialist in acquisition finance, will join as a partner late in March. He was previously a managing associate at Linklaters.
