Baker & McKenzie has followed up the first international offering by a Georgian company with a $250m (£126.43m) offering from a leading Ukrainian poultry producer. Bakers acted as US, English and Ukrainian counsel to Myronivsky Hliboproduct on its offering of high-yield notes and its 10.25 per cent listing on the London Stock Exchange. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised ABN Amro and Morgan Stanley as joint lead managers on US and English law, with local law advice provided by Kiev-based firm Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners. The transaction was structured as an offering of high-yield notes through a Luxembourg holding company - the first high-yield offering by a Ukrainian company.
