Ayşegül Yalçınmani is a partner in Cerrahoğlu’s Corporate Department. She joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2006.
Yalçınmani’s practice is focused on the mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies and joint ventures in various industry sectors.
She also has experience in commercial law, privatisation, public offerings, structuring of various financing, real-estate law, law of obligations and escrow mechanisms.
Yalçınmani is a member of KAHDEM (Legal Support Centre for Women) and KADER (Association for the Support of Women Candidates).
She speaks Turkish and English and has a law degree from Istanbul University.
