Aviva names new general counsel

Cooper was formerly deputy company secretary and legal counsel at the London-headquartered insurance company and takes over her new position from Graham Jones. She will report to chief financial officer Pat Regan, who said: “The energy and commitment ­demonstrated, along with her deep ­understanding of the ­insurance business, has ensured that Kirsty is a natural fit.”
