A father and son who are alleged to have claimed they were new to the property market in order to get a housing association property, now face High Court moves to evict them. Northcote Housing Association is taking Paul Dixon and his son Karl to court in a claim for possession of the property at High Wycombe and damages. Northcote claims that Paul Dixon owned a house at Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, with his wife Pamela Dixon, but applied with his son Karl to the association’s shared ownership scheme saying that he was divorced and needed a helping hand to get on to the property ladder.
