Recently launched technology boutique iLaw is looking to recruit and has hit upon the terribly novel plan of paying associates according to how hard they work - and more importantly how much cash they bring through the door. A bit like a merit-based partner remuneration system. Clever eh?
However, iLaw is going one step further and offering its lucky lawyers half their billings. Even David Cheyne couldn't negotiate a deal like that.
