Ashurst revamps management board as Sparrow vacates seat
Ashurst has appointed corporate partner Anthony Clare as a new member of its nine-strong management board.

Clare replaces litigation partner Ed Sparrow who has stood down from the board having held a seat since 2004.
In addition to Clare’s appointment, energy and infrastructure partner Logan Mair has been re-elected for a third three-year term having first taken a seat in 2004.
Senior partner Charlie Geffen and newly re-elected managing partner Simon Bromwich are also on the board along with finance director Nigel Morland.
Other board members include investment funds partner David Evans, who was elected last year to replace former senior partner Geoffrey Green, and Paris finance partner Laurent Mabilat who was re-appointed at the same time.
Litigation partner Ben Tidswell and German corporate partner Reinhard Eyring, both appointed in 2008, complete the line up.
