Ashurst has boosted its Italian practice by hiring two partners from Dewey & LeBoeuf and one from Pedersoli e Associati.
Ugo Giordano and Fabio Pizzoccheri, both banking and capital markets partners at Dewey’s London office, join Ashurst’s Italy team in London but according to the firm will spend significant time in Italy.
Ilario Giangrossi, whose focus is corporate, restructuring and litigation, joins from Pedersoli e Associati and will be based in Ashurst’s Milan office.
All three partners join with their teams.
