Arnold & Porter’s London office has a new partner after the US firm promoted a total of eight lawyers worldwide.
The Washington DC headquarters has received six new partners, while New York joined London in receiving one.
The London office’s new partner is Lincoln Tsang, a member of the pharmaceutical, food and medical technology practice group. Tsang also has a doctorate in biochemical toxicology and is a registered pharmacist.
The other new partners come from the litigation, corporate, competition and intellectual property practices.
Tsang was one of three partners made up from the position of counsel. The other five were all made up from the position of associate.
Before joining Arnold & Porter, Tsang was head of biologicals and biotechnology at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, a division of the UK Department of Health.
