Army faces £50,000 claim

A High Court action is in the pipeline in which the Army is being sued for more than £50,000 by a Gibraltar man, Stephen Roberts, who claims that he was kicked in the head by a soldier. Roberts has launched a claim in London against the Ministry of Defence claiming that he was seriously injured after being deliberately kicked in the head by an army corporal in an incident in September 1994.
