Arendt & Medernach is full-service law firm headquartered in Luxembourg. Formed in 1988 by the merger of legacy outfits Arendt & Harles and Mersch & Medernach, the firm focuses on the core areas of financial services, corporate, tax, intellectual property, investment management and litigation.
