Allen & Overy (A&O) is to undertake its first major property outsourcing for Land Securities Trillium after insurance giant Aviva opted for the group over Linklaters’ client Mapeley. Land Securities Trillium saw off stiff competition from Mapeley to win the first stage of a £700m deal. Aviva hopes to have a contract signed by the end of April.
