Allen & Overy (A&O) has further expanded its US asset finance practice with a partner hire from Bingham McCutchen. Barry Biggar joins the firm's New York office a week after it took on a partner and of counsel to set up a litigation practice.
Prior to Bingham McCutchen, Biggar was a partner at Mayer Brown & Platt. He specialises in structured and asset finance principally representing large international financial institutions. His practice focuses on structured debt products for the wholesale bank and capital markets, including tax and accounting advantaged transactions.
