Allen & Overy has lost one of its project finance partners, Andrew Trahair, to Australian firm Clayton Utz. Trahair has left London to join Clayton Utz in its Sydney office. Trahair became a partner at Allen & Overy in 1994 and worked primarily in international project finance deals in power, infrastructure and telecoms. Clayton Utz chairman Brian Wilson said that Trahair "would greatly enhance the firm's project finance and infrastructure capabilities both within Australia and the Asia/Pacific region."
