A&O has re-hired Jacek Michalski, who quit the firm as a partner for Dewey in 1998. He rejoins to co-head the Warsaw corporate practice with Jaroslaw Iwanicki.
Iwaniciki said in a statement: “Jacek is joining us at a time when our corporate practice in Warsaw is developing an increasingly high profile to match that of our banking and finance and capital markets practices.”
Michalski’s practice focuses on corporate M&A, real estate and private equity. He becomes A&O’s fourth partner in the 23-lawyer Warsaw office.
