Allen & Overy has been hit with yet another senior finance departure with Linklaters poaching a Prague senior associate.
Robert David will head Linklaters' seven-strong banking and finance practice in the Czech capital.
David had been with A&O for five years, and spent the previous five at Clifford Chance, also in Prague.
Linklaters Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) managing partner Jason Mogg said: "Robert's broad-based international and domestic expertise will significantly enhance our banking and finance capabilities in Prague and [the] CEE as a whole.”
An A&O spokesman said: “We still have two specialist partners and three associates in this practice area in Prague.”
