Allen & Overy has hooked up with JP Morgan spin-off Cygnifi to provide an online legal risk management service.
The firm's involvement is part of an ongoing relationship with JP Morgan.
New York-based Cygnifi was established in February when a team left JP Morgan to set up the venture. JP Morgan is an investor in the company.
The latest collaboration, named Trinity, is particularly lucrative for A&O. As well as being part of the online offering - which it hopes will increase its brand recognition - it has also charged for working on the project.

Trinity will enable subscribers to access legal memoranda on collateral enforceability via the internet.
