Allen & Overy has expanded in Germany, taking a capital markets expert from Linklaters.
Berthold Kusserow will join A&O’s Frankfurt office on 1 March. Kusserow, a specialist in bonds, structured capital markets products, built and led Linklaters’ capital markets practice. He was a partner at the firm and previously at legacy firm Oppenhoff & Rädler for almost 20 years, but became an of counsel two years ago. Kusserow joins A&O as an equity partner.
