Andrew Inkester
Andrew Inkester is our managing partner. He is one of the firm’s senior corporate partners focusing on private equity and the defence sector and maintains a full practice in these areas.

Inkester has a 30-year track record of advising on many high-profile corporate transactions. His specialties are corporate finance, private equity and general corporate advice. In his private equity work he advises both the management team and the private equity institutions. He also advises on public to private deals, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Inkester has significant cross-border expertise. He has acted for many US clients and chaired the North American group at the firm.
He has been recommended in the legal directories for a number of years. Most recently he was recommended for corporate and M&A in Legal 500 2009 and in the 2010 edition is recommended for venture capital.
Inkester is a regular lecturer on courses run by the British Venture Capital Association and holds a CF from the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a CTA from the Institute of Taxation.
