  • Anonymous 8:22pm - Who are Assure Law? Are they a new ABS entering the market? - Assure Law are a specialist legal services consultancy run by accountants. We are currently working with them on a couple of projects and I would rate them highly. Looks like they have put together a great deal for Linder Myers and how refreshing to have some good news in the legal sector!

  • Seymour should resign big drawings increases only last year? You are not telling me he has only just realised the firm is in trouble??. There are a good few (former) partners tax who hasn't been paid including my own under the guise of alleged negligence despite it being retained by LM. I was a "fixed share" partner , really an employee, then left with a huge tax bill. Hopefully the firm and staff will be saved but he should go.

  • As with any business if it isn't run properly then its going to get into financial difficulty. Look at the management of the business to see why it is in this much trouble - perhaps solicitors everywhere may not be quite as smug and arrogant as usual when they realise that they are not above working for an organisation that can - just like any other business - go into administration
