Eversheds has hired Moira Slape as its new HR director who joins the firm after four years with White & Case.
At her former firm, Slape held the post of director of HR for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where she was responsible for 2,000 people and 250 partners.
Prior to joining White & Case, she also spent nine years at Linklaters – initially working as its global head of learning and development, before being promoted to head of HR for global business services.
Slape will be responsible for Eversheds’ people strategy, covering talent, reward and employer brand in addition to global integration across the firm’s global offices.
She joined the firm yesterday (27 May), replacing the firm’s former HR chief Angus MacGregor, who departed after four years to join the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi as head of HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa in February.
