  • Looks like token money to stem the resignations to me. We know things will get better as Aussie management gets a grip, but a few hundred pounds won't do much for moral.

  • OK it's not a fortune, but it's better than laying people off or following the advice of certain recruitment "experts" that trainees and NQs are overpaid and salaries should be cut by 25%. And there aren't many sectors where 24 yr olds can earn £63,000...
