  • What a terrific business. I bet people love working for Burness Paull.

Compare that to the law firm which posts record results and then lays off 7% of the support staff who helped them get there.

  • A firm where the partnership has aligned its interests with that of the staff (rather than trying to shaft the staff so they can afford a new yacht or their wife can go on another lavish holiday). Credit to them.

  • Good on you, Burness Paull.

A good example of the partners rewarding their staff (rather than trying to minimise remuneration to increase the money taken home by those at the top of the tree).

  • Can you please open an Office in Birmingham so I can work for you.

This sounds like a Firm that rewards staff for their efforts rather than treating them like something you would find in the gutter.

    Good on you BP.

  • From the looks of the above comments, the BurnPaull partners have been busy on the interweb today

  • In fairness, respect to any firm which will pay a bonus and say it is "to get everyone pulling together to achieve success for the mergerd firm, so we’d all share in the combined success". That simply doesn't happen often enough.
