  • What on earth is a law firm doing borrowing money from an old client and then some months later appear to be in financial difficulties. Surely the SRA should investigate this transaction and indeed the whole affairs of the firm.

  • That's odd. If the SRA are aware that law firms are in serious financial difficulties should they be allowed to continue to trade and incur further debts? If a Limited Company traded whilst insolvent, the directors could face wrongful trading claims.

  • Isn't this wrongful trading?

  • Amazing, never loan money that you can't afford to lose.

  • A solicitor/client relationship is supposed to be one of trust & confidence. A solicitor who ask a client (even a previous one) to lend money should seriously think twice. What on earth was Challinor thinking... why didn't they borrow from the traditional sources, e.g. banks etc. What's SRA doing?

  • The bigger point is what on earth was a corporate doing loaning money to a law firm service provider. Very very odd

  • You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!extension verge

  • Some of these law firms are Corrupt and are only interested in how much money they can make, they have no client care in mind.

  • With the economy still fragile, more and more people are considering self-employment. Chances are you probably know at least one person who has started his own business. Being your own boss can give you more freedom, job security http://www.zbmskq.com
