Happy New Year from everyone at Shoosmiths. We hope 2013 will be a happy and productive year for all.
Excellent client service sat at the top of our agenda in 2012 and will continue to do so in 2013. We want our clients to have an ‘amazing client experience’ — the heart of our brand promise.
As people are key to the success of every organisation, 2013 will be a year of actively attracting, investing in and retaining both new and existing staff to support our clients. Two major office moves will take place in the coming months: bigger, better facilities await our clients and staff in both Edinburgh and Birmingham.
Growth is high on Shoosmiths’ agenda for 2013, both North and South of the border, following our merger with ACH. Despite the challenging economic climate, 2013 looks set to be an opportunity for Shoosmiths to work proactively and commercially with our clients. As Shoosmiths grows and delivers during 2013 we will be able to reinvest in the firm and our services with the aim of benefitting our clients.
