  • A&O has by far the longest lockstep of the magic circle and silver circle. Hence inevitably the top of the equity figure is much higher. The flipside is inevitably that junior partners are comparatively under-remunerated compared to their peers at the rest of the magic circle. Still ludicrously over-paid by any other standards, of course.
