Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has strengthened its corporate practice with a partner hire in Abu Dhabi.
Chadi Salloum joins Akin Gump from Chiomenti Studio Legale’s Rome office, where he was international legal counsel.
Salloum acts for multinational companies, financial institutions and sovereign entities on a range of transactions including M&A, joint ventures, private equity deals and rights offerings.
