This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
Addleshaw Goddard has promoted nine to the partnership, almost double last year's figure, with a major emphasis on making up female associates compared with last year.
This year six of the nine new partners are women, whereas last year the firm promoted five, all of whom were men.
The new partners are Justine Delroy (commercial tax), Alan Duncan (real estate finance), Garry Elliott (corporate), Amanda Hulme (financial regulation), Pervinder Kaur (private capital), Lucy Martin (banking), Anna Maxwell (commercial litigation), Clare Thomas and Richard Thomas (both corporate).
Last year the firm promoted two in real estate (including one in construction), one in private equity, one in restructuring and one in banking and finance.
This and last year, the firm promoted across its three offices in Leeds, London and Manchester. There were five new partners in London, two in Leeds and two in Manchester.
