Addleshaws boosts London corporate finance

Addleshaw Booth & Co has bolstered its London corporate finance practice with the relocation of partners Stephen Houston and Simon Pilling from Manchester and Leeds respectively. Houston has been with the firm for three years and specialises in public and private M&A. Pilling specialises in private equity deals. The firm has also appointed partner Michael Harris as director of Addleshaw Booth & Co Corporate Services, which provides company secretarial services.
