A taxing profession

My partners and I are very concerned about the implications of the proposed changes in the taxation of professional businesses.

I appreciate that the Law Society is campaigning against the move but if it is not changed I fear that it will put lots of small firms out of business.

Cash flow is difficult enough in a small practice this will make life simply impossible for many.

More and more I find myself wondering why we bother with life in the legal world. The burdens of professionalism are becoming unbearable.
