A shaggy sheep story

Further revelations from last week's Variety Club legal bash: Nabarros' Nick Collins thought he was doing his bit for charity when he convinced Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall to donate a ready-frozen River Cottage Hogget as a prize in the auction. That's right – a whole sheep.

Mind you, after a few drinks Collins went that bit further for charity and bought the whole thing back for £600 (which Tulkinghorn understands was somewhat cheaper than the naughty weekend for two that his wife bought). It just goes to show that Collins may call himself a City boy now, but he just can't get away from those rural roots.
