Tulkinghorn understands the need for firms to take their partners on retreats to discuss strategy, branding (Tulkinghorn has himself been considering 'going lower case', as is de rigeur), business development and to enjoy a general bonding exercise. However, one had no idea the extremes to which firms will go to keep partners 'on message'.
