4 Pump Court hire adds to IT capability

Commercial set 4 Pump Court has ramped up its information technology (IT) practice with the hire of Henderson Chambers barrister Terence Bergin.

Bergin, who was called to the Bar in 1985, will join Alex Charlton and Duncan McCall, both of whom were recently made up to silk.

Stewart Gibbs, 4 Pump Court joint senior clerk, said Bergin's appointment comes as the chambers has growing demands at all levels. "We are actively involved in new domestic and international opportunities and increasing the team with high-calibre recruits fits our strategy for growth," he added.
