His appointment will help his firm to develop clients in the UK and Europe, while providing a London base to develop his arbitration practice. He is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the National Panel of Arbitrators for Paris, ICC and Canada.
Rowley is an authority on competition and antitrust in Europe and North America and has chaired arbitrations in Canada, Mexico, Thailand and the US. He is also a past chairman of the International Bar Association's business law section and is currently its chair of the global forum on competition policy.
Rowley's appointment brings the set's number of arbitrators to 12 and it has a total of seven door tenants.
