Witold, who was appointed as a recorder in 1995, specialises in employment, negligent references, agency and environmental law. Property barrister Richard Samuel has also joined from Maidstone Chambers. Hardwicke Building family specialists Nicola Langridge and Judith Spooner are among the new recruits. They bring the number of family barristers who have left Hardwicke in recent months to six. Alexis Campbell, Richard Bates and Stephen Lyon have joined 4 Paper Buildings and senior junior Debbie Taylor has moved to 29 Bedford Row.
