199 Strand execs join Outer Temple Chambers

Outer Temple Chambers has hired five senior barristers from dissolving set 199 Strand, bringing recruits in the past two months to 10. The barristers focus on clinical negligence and healthcare and personal injury. The hires bring Outer Temple's numbers to 70, including 17 silks, following the addition of Michael Bowes QC.
