  • It is becoming more apparent as time goes on that Rangers Football Club may well have been the victim of a massive fraud and if that is the case the club has been obtained fraudulently by Craig Whyte. If fraud has taken place where exactly would this leave the club as it is at the moment. Is the Whyte takeover then null and void or does the club carry on in it's present ownership.

  • Rangers at present have not been found guilty of anything, they have been put in front of a punch n judy show, which has accelerated there demise, All actions should have been suspended until the club were legally convicted of any wrong doing and all persons involved convicted of any wrong doing. this whole drama hasn't helped rangers, the SPL or Scottish football at all.

  • If the photo is of Gary Withey it would seem this litigation has already taken its toll.

  • All sanctions and penalties should be suspended until this case is concluded. Rangers FC may well have been the victims of a massive fraud. The current owners, management team and players should not suffer due to this. The SFA/SPL must take this into account.
