Litigation boutique Enyo Law has hired a pair of commercial litigation partners from Nabarro.
Peter Fitzpatrick and George Maling, both litigation partners at Nabarro, join Enyo with an as-yet unknown number of associates in tow.
Both partners joined Nabarro in 2007 from Howrey (28 September 2007). Fitzpatrick specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with a particular focus on the aviation, banking and clinical negligence. Maling’s expertise meanwhile covers aviation, competition, construction, insurance, manufacturing, IT, fraud, asset freezing, insolvency, banking and commodities trading.
In a statement, one of Enyo’s founding partners, Simon Twigden, said: “They’re both first class disputes lawyers and together they have a breadth and wealth of experience which sits perfectly well with the business strategy of Enyo Law and we believe that they will help us continue the growth and development of our disputes-only firm and practice.”
