The Lawyer European Awards Shortlist

The response to the awards has been fantastic - nearly 100 entries from 25 countries have been submitted by law firms in markets that range from the well-established in Western Europe to emerging nations in the East and South.

Despite the vast difference in their respective markets, all the entries had one thing in common: quality.

The judging process has taken months. A panel that includes six general counsel at multinational companies and managing partners at three UK law firms gave their informed views on all the submissions.

The Lawyer team finalised the shortlist and the winners will be announced at a glittering awards night at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona on 4 November.

Such was the high number and quality of the submissions, there were inevitably some firms that did not make the shortlist. A big thank you to all those that entered and good luck to the ones that made the cut.
